Help Our Cause!

South Maui Volunteers is a non-profit but not a 501 c(3), so we join with a compatible organization willing to be our fiscal sponsor.  As such, all tax-deductible contributions, grants, and reimbursements for program supplies are handled by the fiscal sponsor.  We are excited about a new partnership with an excellent Kihei 501 c(3), Grow Some Good.  Please click here for more information about this wonderful organization.

The primary funding sources for South Maui Volunteers come from individual donors, condo association contributions, and County grants.  Our biggest partners are the Maui County Parks and Recreation Department, UH Sea Grant, County Planning Department, Office of Economic Development through the Mayor's Office, and our fiscal sponsor Grow Some Good.  Without their permission, input, and assistance on all projects, we would not be able to operate.

We provide a large volunteer labor source for our South Maui Parks that would not be available without your help.

Personal donations that do not require a tax receipt letter may be made by check payable to
